The Bromance Book Club by Lyssa Kay Adams


OMG! I love this book. From the beginning until the end. It is a funny romantic comedy romance. I couldn't stop giggling reading this because I am one of the "Romance Book Club" members. We discussed romance novel just like how Gavin did in his group of "Bromance" friends when he was trying to win his wife back. Thanks to all Romance Book Clubs that I have joined. I became a fan of the Romance Genre.

Giving you a little spoiler, the story is about a second chance romance. Gavin and Thea had a little argument in their marriage. Gavin walked away leaving Thea heartbroken pursuing divorce. Gavin regretted what has happened and he wants his wife back. Liv, Thea's sister is the antagonist who is always against Gavin. Being out of an idea, Gavin seeks help from his friends. The Bromance Book Club guys were on a mission of getting Thea and Gavin back to their marriage.

The story had an intermittent plot between the Regency story that Gavin read and the real situation that Gavin was facing with Thea. I like it very much and both plots didn't deviate each other. 

Talking about the characters, Thea played an important role where I believe her action and movement in this story created the path to Gavin and her sister Liv to act on it.

I love how it ends. I love this story and will be reading the next sequel, Undercover Bromance. 

If you are looking for a fun romantic comedy, this is the best one. The book deserves to get 5 stars rating from me.

Perfume: The Story of a Murderer is a literary historical fantasy novel written by the German writer Patrick Süskind. It is a genius and compelling book to be read by all. The novel is written figuratively and the story development is very engaging. The novel is full of sensory language. The synonym words like perfume, odour, scent, stench, stink are frequently used in this book. Even though reading required the eyes and the brain to comprehend the story, my nose would sniff in every part of the story told by Patrick Suskind in this book.
